      Ducky St. Patrick's Day!

        Ducky St. Patrick's Day!

Our Irish Lulu Ducky cousins are flying in. The major star of the St. Patrick's show, "The Duck O' the Irish," is already entertaining on the Main Stage. We call him Ducky Boyne in honor of the North American Riverdance Tour of that name. If you don't know where the Ducky Reserve is, here's the address - 7031 Beach Drive SW, Seattle, WA. The first video below is short and shows Ducky Boyne doing his Duckydance. The second video is longer and shows details of the whole St. Patrick's Day Ducky Garden.

Have a very ducky St. Patrick's Day!

        Ducky Valentine's Day!

The duckiest Valentine's shows on earth took place recently. Ducky Bono's "2010 Love Tour" charity project, took place on the Side Stage at the West Seattle Ducky Reserve. "The Unforgettables" (Ducky Sinatra and Ms. Ducky Love) belted out songs on the Main Stage with the assistance of Ms. Ducky Eva and Mr. Ducky Rose. The West Seattle Ducky Reserve was overflowing with love!

If you didn't make it to West Seattle for the live performances, you can check them out here (below). When viewing the videos, click on the 480p option for a higher quality video.

Hope you had a truly Ducky Valentine's Day!

        Ducky New Year! (Quack That!)

The Lulu Duckies have switched scenes and party outfits from New Year's to Valentine's Day to St. Patrick's Day. We are having a hard time keeping up with them. This page will be updated soon!

New Year's Eve 2010 saw one of the duckiest parties ever! The stars were out, and Ducky Scott and Ducky Kwanz sang "Put on a happy face!"

Hope Your Holidays Were Absolutely Ducky!

Hope you had an absolutely wonderful holiday season. The Lulu Duckies put on the duckiest of Holiday Shows with Dad and Son Duck singing a duet -- "Santa Claus is Coming to Town."

The 2009 Ducky Holidays Tour used a Ducky Disco Ball! Groovy!

Hope You Had a Ducky Thanksgiving!

The Lulu Duckies stood in solidarity and peace with all those who celebrated that first Thanksgiving. If you missed Ducky Stan singing "Turkey in the Straw" on the Main Stage at the West Seattle Ducky Reserve, you can watch him by clicking here to view the video. The 2009 Ducky Stan Thanksgiving video uses the Thanksgiving song, "Love to Eat Turkey," sung by Adam Sandler. A warning for parents -- I used "G" rated excerpts from the song -- there are two "R" phrases in the original song.

Halloween has Come and Gone! (Spooky!)

The Lulu Duckies worked their little tail feathers off creating the World's First Ducky Tower of Terror. Can you believe that? Not unlike the famous Disney World Tower of Terror, the duckies were up to no good for the sake of screaming fun! I hope you had a chance to come on by and give the Elevator Ducky the thrill of her life (and, maybe, yours!).

Click on the HQ button when the video starts for High Quality video.

The Halloween Duckies have names -- see if you can figure out which one is which. On the Main Ducky Stage are The Boneheads (a ducky comedy team), Frankenduck (the monster), Ducky Revamp (Re for short -- sings some mean blues). Elevator Ducky, Graveyard Duck, The Screamers, The Bat Duckies (super-heroes growing up), and Count Ducky. On the Side Stage is the whole Bat Ducky Family -- Wizbat, Batduck, and the Bat Ducky youngsters and playmates.

World's VERY First Rubber Ducky Water Park!

The West Seattle Rubber Ducky Reserve is proud to present the World's Very First Rubber Ducky Water Park which opened July 8, 2009. Come on by and watch the wild surfer duckies ride the water park waves!

In Remembrance -- Memorial Day, May 25, 2009.

The Lulu Duckies of West Seattle memorialized not only the veterans of wars who died while in military service, but all veterans.

      Feliz Cinco de Mayo!

The Lulu Duckies stood in solidarity with their neighbors for Cinco de Mayo! Well, sort of... It kind of appears that Cinco de Mayo is more of a California tradition, than a Mexican one. Viva la California! And, Viva la Puebla!

      Ducky Easter!

The "2009 Ducky Cottontail Tour" was officially launched on April 3, 2009. The Lulu Duckies are all ducked out for Easter. The cast of truly ducky characters includes "Afroduckiac" (to the right), who has a daffy duckling playing in his hair.

The Easter Duckies are in the garden, singing tunes and dancing! (Honest!) If you stop by the West Seattle Ducky Reserve, don't forget to touch the magic eggs which, of course, create magic (duh!).

The cast of Easter Duckies include Quackwabbit, Afroduckiac (with Daffy Duckling in his hair), Mizzquack, The Carrotheads (The Veg Brothers), The Eggheads (The Fem Sisters), and The Quack Magi. Oh, and the rabbits? The are Hallmark editions and I can't claim them as mine. They sing "Rockin Robin"! The Main Stage has been busy entertaining all our neighbors, friends and visitors.

      The Duck O' The Irish!

Welcome to our Ducky Garden! in West Seattle.

Get better quality video by clicking on the "HQ" button.

All of the Irish Lulu Ducky cousins arrived in time for St. Patrick's Day. And, they brought a couple of froggie friends with them ("green is good"). Even Sir Kermit dropped by to say hello to the neighbors for a couple of weeks, wishing all "Good Fortune." The main stage features Sir Conrad, singing and dancing (look for the magic frog who makes it all happen).

In case you are wondering where the West Seattle Ducky Reserve is located, it is at 7031 Beach Drive SW, Seattle, WA 98136.

Our Lulu Duckies (tm) all have names. See if you can guess which name belongs to which character. I will try to make it easy. There is FredEx and JenEx (delivering leprechauns). There is Froggie O'Neill looking to become a prince, and Froggie Fergie (you probaby know her story already). Then there is Lady Quackerley and Lady MacDuck (with her entourage). And, all the way at the bottom, but the most important, is Sir Kermit (recently knighted). On the main stage are the O'Ducks featuring the Riverduckies. Happy St. Pat's! Best wishes for this new year!

      Ducky Gras!

Krewe Lulu (pictured below) won first place at the local Ducky Gras parade held on Fat Tuesday (February 24, 2009) -- well, they were the only entry... hmmm.... They are still in the garden, celebrating with their Irish cousins!

      Ducky Valentine's Day!

"The 2009 Ducky Love Tour" began on February 5, 2009, with Melvin Ducky and the Quacktones singing, "Wild Thing." Believe it! Although they are back in the studio, working on their next CD, you can catch their act at youtube.com, or right below.

We have posted a video called The 2009 Ducky Bono Love Tour which you can view here below Go to Our YouTube Page. Ducky Valentine's!

The photographs further below show our 2008 Christmas and 2009 New Year's garden art. The New Year's duckies were attacked three times, and one ducky was abducted, so, it was not unlike your typical urban New Year's bash.

The photographs below show most of the 2008 Ducky Christmas Garden. I have included a photograph of the garden as it appeared on December 22 -- that is, as it had disappeared under a foot of snow. Yep, Seattle became Kansas.... Dorothy Ducky was heard to say "We aren't in Seattle anymore!"

We have posted a video called Ducky Holidays! which you can view here below, or for a high definition experience Go to Our YouTube Page and click on the "Watch in High Quality" just below the video on the right side. Ducky Holidays!
